At Edelweiss Partners, we are versed in the Family and Probate practice and we are regularly instructed to prosecute divorce petitions and child custody matters. With regard to our Probate practice, we are involved in conducting searches in the probate registry to confirm the authenticity of Letters of Administration and probate of Wills. We also process and obtain Letters of Administration and probate of Wills for Estates of deceased people. In addition, the firm also prepares Wills and other testamentary documentation.
Labour Matters
